• 6 virtual group coaching sessions (90 mins. each) with me and your cohort peers via Zoom, where you will transform your confusion & overwhelm into deep clarity and aligned strategy.

• One Private Strategy Session with me during the final phase of the program where you’ll get targeted support on your path forward. This 1:1 session is an opportunity to check-in, ask questions and finalize your vision + launch plan together.

• Weekly Modules + Curated Assignments to align with each program week that will help you understand your multi-passionate energy & power, as well as provide you with the tools & frameworks to build your business from the ground up.

• You will build your vision, strategy + career framework in Miro (a collaborative digital whiteboard), which gives you an extremely valuable & tangible roadmap to action that you’ll walk away with. 

• Personalized support (directly from me) in Slack so you can keep the momentum going between sessions. I am deeply invested in your success, and I want you to lean on me with your questions, ideas and to help hold you accountable.

A Bit About Me, your Coach!

I’m Annie Petsche (she/her)

corporate consultant turned Career design Coach & business strategist. 

My mission is to help multi-passionate individuals, who struggle to fully thrive and maximize their potential in a specialized world, immerse themselves in soul-filling work, create significant, meaningful impact and build exponential success. My breadth of Coaching experience (HCI Master Certified Coach), Human-Centered Consulting work and certifications in Yoga & Ayurvedic Healing equip me with a unique skillset to help you level up in your career. I also have extensive experience in Strategy & Innovation, Future of Work and Culture, which equips me to help you trailblaze the future with your career.

Across my Coaching and Corporate careers, I’ve worked with a host of different individuals, ranging from entrepreneurs, business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs/business owners, individual contributors, executive level leaders, and many layers in-between. I work with highly intelligent, highly ambitious, creative, multi-passionate individuals, and I’m here to support your moonshot career goals.

My Story:

Throughout my 13-year corporate career, I felt a persistent hum of agitation subtly camped out in the back of my mind. When I was in my early 20’s, I dismissed it as naïveté. In my late 20’s, I tried to convince myself I could find joy in a career that I instinctively knew didn’t align with my needs. In my early 30’s, I actively forced golden handcuffs on my wrists in order to avoid my truth.

That part of me simmered with anticipation for over a decade. It was the part of me that knew what I truly wanted (to build my own business), but was too scared to face. Finally, after a string of major disappointments and energetic burnout, I reached a pivotal realization - I can be grateful for my current circumstance, yet own that I am meant for something greater.

I knew it was time to make shift happen.

So, I got to work. I got crystal clear on what fuels me, both personally and professionally. I tapped into my passions, skills, expertise & values, and I defined my WHY. From there, I put practices in place and assembled a support system of mentors, coaches and my most trusted allies to make it inevitable that I commit to my entrepreneurship goals. Within one year of leaving corporate, I replaced my 6-figure salary. Within two years, I built a global community of over 230k multi-passionates and multiple 6-figure business. And now? I feel more fulfilled then ever before and I'm growing at an accelerated rate…all because I committed to embracing my potential as a multi-passionate visionary.

The best part? I get to wear ALL the hats (coach, content creator, artist/designer, writer, speaker, thought leader, philosopher and more). And while I absolutely love the work I'm doing now, I will inevitably pivot directions… I have the tools to seamlessly do so whenever I want.

My coaching business allows me to show up as my highest performing, favorite self every single day. I feel more happy, energized, creative and in alignment that I have ever felt in my life - and damnit, I want that for you too.

If you are not an advocate for human rights and enabling underrepresented individuals to thrive, I'm not the right coach for you.

Your first step toward embarking on your Design Your Business journey will be to join me for an introductory 30-Minute Discovery Session, where we will get to know one another and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. Clients enrolled into this program are hand-selected and accepted by application only. Additionally, each cohort is limited to ten spaces to ensure an intimate, highly valuable experience. To uphold the integrity of this coaching container, it's important that I enroll multi-passionate individuals who are aligned with the goals and intent of this program, so we must both feel it's the right fit.
