This introductory phase focuses on deep self-inquiry and analyzing the intricacies of who you are and how you show up in the world as a multi-passionate. Before honing your future business vision, we'll cast a wide net that considers all areas of your life, professionally and personally; this will help you understand, holistically, what you value and what fuels you. You'll also cultivate a deeper understanding of what it means to be multi-passionate and how to funnel your energy in a meaningful way that creates significant impact.

During this phase, you'll create the following assets:

• Discover Your Unique Genius & Multi-Passionate M.O.: We'll analyze how all your skills and strengths fit together to create your signature framework - your Multi-Passionate M.O. This becomes the foundation for everything you'll build, ensuring you spend your time in your zone of genius doing work that lights you up. AND it's what will make you a category of one, differentiating you from everyone else.

• Define Your Big WHY: We'll clarify your deeper sense of purpose to identify what you actually want to be doing in your business. This is your North Star to help make clear, informed business decisions and keep you motivated as you execute.

• Brainstorm Beyond the Box: We'll tap into your visionary brain to explore ALL business ideas that fit your big WHY, from practical to wildly audacious moonshots. You'll leverage your multi-passionate nature and creativity to turn over stones that previously seemed off-limits. Your BEST ideas come from first casting a wide net. And we'll have FUN with it… because building a business should be fun!

By the end of Phase 1, you'll have all the puzzle pieces you previously lacked to start making clear, informed decisions you feel excited and confident about.

The second phase is where you function as both the designer and end user; you'll research and validate your top ideas, make key decisions, then build your business.

During this phase, you'll create the following assets:

• Market Validation & Business Plan: You'll research and validate your top ideas using my proven evaluation framework, then build your comprehensive business plan covering vision, mission, and unique value proposition.

• Ideal Client Deep Dive: We'll identify your ideal client at a granular level. THIS is what drives maximum profit and puts the RIGHT people in front of you. It's also the difference between chasing clients and attracting them; nothing is as powerful as knowing your ideal client better than they know themselves.

• Core Service Offering: We'll develop your profitable signature offering using your Multi-Passionate M.O. as the foundation, creating a service that allows you to spend most of your time in your zone of genius.

By the end of Phase 2, you'll have a fully formed business plan, vision, and core service offering - the necessities for a successful launch.

The third phase is the culmination of several weeks of self-inquiry, brainstorming, iteration, and experimentation - this is where we assemble all of the puzzle pieces.

During this phase, you'll create the following assets:

• Personal Brand & Marketing Strategy: We'll establish your authentic market position and craft messaging that attracts your ideal audience while positioning you as the obvious choice.

• Launch Strategy & Action Plan: We'll create your 12-month roadmap with clear milestones so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

• Operations Foundation: Using the Master Operations Manual, we'll make sure all the nuts and bolts of your business are in place - commerce setup, legal essentials, and the backend systems you need to run smoothly.

• Social Media 101: You'll get a deep-dive guide tailored for multi-passionates to help you start building your community, focused on brand positioning AND thought leadership.

• Exit Strategy: We'll develop your transition plan for moving from full-time employment to full-time entrepreneurship when you're ready to make the leap.

• Private Strategy Session: You'll get a 1:1 session with me to tie up loose ends, finalize your vision + launch plan, and prepare you to hit the ground running.

By the end of Phase 3, you'll be prepared to build your core assets (like your website, content, etc.) with an established brand and complete roadmap for launch.

At the end of this program, you will be launch-ready. That means you'll have everything you need to launch the business you want, on your terms, that meets your multi-passionate needs. AND you'll have cultivated the right mindset and confidence to stick with it. You'll be ready - and excited - to GO BIG.

As an undercurrent to ALL program phases, we'll clear the mental clutter that keeps you stuck by diving deep into the underlying fears and limiting beliefs that prompt you to play small. Entrepreneurship is the long game. That means you need the right tools and self-coaching practices to create the success and continuous uplevels you want.

As a capstone, you'll receive the Mindset Manifesto - a full breakdown of what to expect on the entrepreneurship journey (the ups AND downs) plus daily tools and practices to maintain momentum long after the program ends.
